The ideal candidate will:

Be versed in various icing techniques, (smooth, textured, naked)
Be familiar with piping tips, icing consistency & techniques (borders, flowers, writing)
Be familiar with filling, stacking & supporting tiered cakes
Be responsible for cleaning personal workspace
Be able to lift and maneuver 50lbs
Have strong analytical skills

Have strong customer service skills
Experience using a POS is a plus, but not a requirement.
